Rothwell Figg, a premier intellectual property law firm in Washington, DC, is seeking a district court or Federal Circuit judicial clerk to join the firm as an associate attorney.  This position will provide the opportunity to work in Rothwell Figg’s thriving patent litigation group on a variety of patent litigation matters with quality domestic and foreign clients.
 
The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate or advanced degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a related field.  Preferred candidates will be registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office.  Top academic credentials, strong analytical abilities, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work well on a team are required.
